In 2019 my wife and I went to Oregon to visit Portland, watch Elton John perform at the Moda Center for his Farewell Tour and our highlight of the trip was our experience at Multnomah Falls. We loved every minute of it hiking, visiting both falls and having lunch at the incredible lodge. A place I knew I had to draw.

Multnomah Falls is located in the Columbia River Gorge between Corbett and Dodson, Oregon. In the early-twentieth century Simon Benson developed a pathway, viewing bridge and lodge. There are two falls, an upper and lower with a total height of 620 ft, which is the tallest waterfall in Oregon.
